Twyla Walker, RMT is located inside Nina Aesthetics at 2001 Kensington Rd NW, Calgary. The treatment room is on the 2nd floor (staircase access only). There is plenty of free street parking available in the surrounding area, with a mix of unrestricted and 2-hour free parking zones.

⏰ Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

8–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the booked appointment fee

Less than 8 hours’ notice or no-shows: 100% of the booked appointment fee

If your appointment is successfully filled on short notice, the cancellation fee will be waived.

Direct billing is available to most major insurance providers. Please enter your insurance information prior to your appointment using the integrated booking platform.

A credit card is required to book and is securely kept on file to facilitate direct billing. Claims are typically submitted during or after your visit, and the card on file will be used to cover any remaining balance not paid by insurance. If you would prefer to pay by credit card and self-submit, please leave out your insurance details.

Twyla is a compassionate individual who is focused on treating soft tissue injuries, chronic pain, headaches and migraines, with the general goal of helping people to improve their quality of life and stay active, pain-free. She is an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist with 3000hrs training completed in 2017 and has since focused her continuing education with specializing in Rapid Neurofascial Reset.

Rapid Neurofascial Reset is a movement-based, manual therapy technique that addresses the central nervous system’s role in alleviating tension and restrictions within muscles, tendons, ligaments, joint capsules, fascia, and nerves. She uses Rapid NFR as the foundation for her practice and incorporates Myofascial Release, Orthopedic Massage, Active Neuromuscular Facilitation, Trigger Point Therapy, and gentle Joint Mobilizations.

Twyla is experienced with treating chronic painful conditions that are isolated to one region of the body, to pain from motor vehicle accidents and long- term illness. She understands not everything can be cured, but quality of life can be vastly improved by treatments. She has helped patients manage pain from fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and other chronic pain or autoimmune conditions. Twyla’s aim is for clients to leave with feeling a noticeable positive difference after every treatment with incremental improvement.

Outside her massage practice Twyla enjoys mountain adventures like rock climbing, cold plunging in alpine lakes, and multi-day hiking trips in the backcountry.
