Rapid Neurofascial Reset is a movement-based,
manual therapy technique that addresses the central nervous system’s role in alleviating tension and restrictions within muscles, tendons, ligaments, joint capsules, fascia, and nerves. She uses Rapid NFR as the foundation for her practice and incorporates Myofascial Release, Orthopedic Massage, Active Neuromuscular Facilitation, Trigger Point Therapy, and gentle Joint Mobilizations.
Twyla is experienced with treating chronic painful conditions that are isolated to one region of the body, to pain from motor vehicle accidents and long-

from fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and other chronic pain or autoimmune conditions. Twyla’s aim is for clients to leave with feeling a noticeable positive difference after every treatment with incremental improvement.
Outside her massage practice Twyla enjoys mountain adventures like rock climbing, cold plunging in alpine lakes, and multi-day hiking trips in the backcountry.
